Polar Machine Trading is looking for someone who enjoys connecting with new people and wants to play an important role in our sales process.
We work with sales, brokerage, and financing of construction machinery, with offices in Luleå and Sundsvall.
Through our broad global network, we help customers throughout the entire deal - from first contact to delivery.
About the role
As a cold caller with us, you will work to create new business opportunities by making the first contact with potential customers and machine owners.
You will become an important part of our sales team and help us identify interesting leads, build relationships, and create strong conditions for new business. Main responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers and machine owners by phone
- Identify and qualify leads for machinery sales
- Follow up previous contacts and build long-term relationships
- Register calls, contacts, and follow-ups in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team and hand over qualified leads
- Help build a stable pipeline of new business opportunities

Requirements
- High school education
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust over the phone
- Good computer skills and ability to work in CRM systems
- Ability to work from our office in Sundsvall
Meriting
- Experience in telesales, cold calling, or lead generation
- Experience in customer service or another customer-facing role
- Experience in construction, building, or machinery industry
- Knowledge of construction machinery
- Good knowledge of English or other languages

Employment type
Permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period. Start date by agreement, preferably as soon as possible.
